MEET OUR TEAM

Frank Clem is an actor by trade, a creative problem solver, and a lifelong tinkerer. The Covid 19 lockdown provided the perfect opportunity for Clem to merge these three skills, and to try and find a solution to help people get back to their lives and livelihoods safely. As a glasses wearer, he knew that there was a need and desire for individuals to be able to safely and comfortably wear a face shield with their own glasses or sunglasses. As an actor, he also saw the need to be able to wear a face shield on set without it interfering with hair or makeup.

John Lyons has over the past 30 years, Mr. Lyons built a highly successful career using innovation, invention, and execution. He has developed broad personal contacts, longstanding relationships with industry leaders, and nurtured his instinctive ingenuity, drive, and perseverance. His skills in integrated marketing and his pioneering thinking have been the mainstay of his daily business life, resulting in the transformation of several industries.

Thomas Wiley has over 25 years of experience as an entertainment and media attorney, agent, technologist, entrepreneur, and investor. His recent activities include a handful of technology-based ventures that he has advised, organized, financed, and managed.  Thomas has developed a set of competencies that enable him to evaluate a project’s commercial potential and to help formulate and guide strategies aimed at creating value.
